Passive aggressive? This is just regular aggressive, guy. And the man deserves it for blaring his music at night with the window open.

The title of the comic is “Jucika wants to sleep” which is a pretty big hint.

Also the animated version at the top of the thread makes it clear the radio is blaring music

Ah yes I’m sure the author intended for it to be clear that she’s just being an asshole and the guy definitely wasn’t listening to music. She’s not the main character of the strip or anything. Jesus christ. It’s a comic strip, it’s not that serious, grow up.

I really can’t see what leads you to the conclusion that sound is emitted from that radio. There’s literally nothing to indicate that.

What would be the premise of the strip if the radio was not turned on?

It would definitely be clearer with some little zaggity scribbles to indicate loud sound but come on

What would be the premise of the strip if the radio was not turned on?

Anybody’s guess…she could be trying to sneak away from the top apartment for unknown reasons and hastily decide to abort when she notices his little-too-happy gaze when he sees her in the window, accidentally knocking over the radio in her hurry.

Given that a theme in these is usually involving unwanted male attention and her escaping it in various ways, that IMO makes more sense given the available information in this strip.
