Maybe they did since I am a mod?

That might actually just be lemmy, every time I open the mod log I see different things. I’ll look into it as well. I wonder if they disappear when they are undone? Still new to Lemmy mod tools.

I’ll bring it up when all the mods finally get together.

In the modlog you sent, of the 4 shown that I removed: one had uncensored gore of animals without NSFW tag (A documentary, but nonetheless that needs to be tagged.), one person losing their mind over beep, another telling beep to harm themselves, and another that was charged and another that was mean spirited, and I don’t understand the word, so I played on the safe side.

Edit: The modlog kept going, with more of my stuff in there, but most of these speak for themselves I think.

Personally only removed comments that vehemently broke the rules, the most obvious rule broken was rule 1. We got through the mod log and likely wont be removing any old posts or comments at this point.

I don’t even know what half of that means.

The problem is beyond just calling people fascists, you threaten them, use terrible language and treat people poorly in general.

I dont want use the mod powers I was granted, I like this place, and want it to flourish without bad actors. Please tone it down.

To my untrained eye, looks like the person is asking for love not hate. Ther wordage isnt perfect but not thay bad.

Next time, use the report button. This behavior WILL get you banned. I’ll look into your history to see if I can find this person, but if you don’t start treating people like humans, I will always consider the comment a break of Rule 1.

Have you tried the report button? There were plenty of reports for you, none from you that I saw.

The original attribution has been modified beep. This has gone on for too long. I will allow time for other mods to review this, but I feel they will have the same opinion as I.

It was before my time, but, when my father joined the army to get away from the hell that was home the day he left a boy he went to school with was hit while riding his bike. No helmet, no shit, no protective gear, no breaks. He didnt survive. There were two kids on the bike (17 years old but you get what I mean), we broke all the bones in his legs, barely survived.

Its 100% survivors bias, I know plenty of people my age who were seriously hurt in bicycle accidents too, myself included. I think some of that pain of crashing is fine, its part of learning how to take safety seriously. But somenpeople never learn.
