What is wrong with the bottom of her face? I didn’t know, I can’t put my finger on it. Like it’s out of proportion. Someone fucked with her character creation sliders too much and said “fuck it, ship it! We’ll fix it in post.”

I know this is the sad reality at most companies but when I put someone on a PIP I 100% expect them to improve and recover from whatever got them in the PIP.

Guarantee you there’s a non zero chance you are the reason for their pip.

I’ve been a cpo, a cdo, a head of design, a design mgr and an individual contributor. The sad reality is that rarely has a pip corrected anything and mostly it is used to push out individuals… individuals that often contribute great things.

You work with people you want to succeed… others throw them to the wolves and it’s called a pip.

I’d love to hear the situation that describes otherwise?
