    The second-hand cringe from university students making terrible money decisions continues. This time, Mebuki is featured. Coming off the high of her first win, she decided to play the FX with very high leverage (and zero knowledge of the market). Failing that, she tapped into her student aid money to make up her initial loss (classic gambler fallacy) and lost even more. Yikes.

      Maybe I’m just too cynical but I was weirdly glad Mebuki fell down hard. Something about her ultra naivety and her obliviousness triggered me quite a lot.
