I refuse to pay for bags. I’m flying back home for a week today and fit everything I need into a backpack “personal item” so I don’t have to pay the rediculous baggage fees.
This is the only way I travel. If they try to charge for personal items, I will get a travel coat.

I could understand luggage going in the hold have a fee, but not carryon. I pack everything into my carry-on to not pay hold and sometimes wait 1h+ to have my luggage.
They should charge for carryon, and 1 underneath bag should be free. You pay extra for the privilege of holding everyone up during deplaning.
