    Most of us are just regular, friendly people who are glad to help out if needed. There are pockets of shit people who thrive on hate, but that’s true for any country.

        That’s the thing, the most vocal tend to be the worst type of people. Online that gives the impression that a lot of people are bad when in reality I think most people want to be good people.

          Agreed, that was actually the point of my comment (at least in my eyes), but I do greatly appreciate you articulating it!

          You can really just feel that sentiment in everyday life too, just going about your business, people want to feel helpful. I love that.

          It’s part of what made me not understand how powerful propaganda could be when I was younger.

          Look for the helpers, and when you see someone say Mr Rogers was a bad thing, immediately set them on fire. Duty is duty.
