103·18 days agoYeah I’m noticing people in this thread claiming it is some social injustice to be asking people at their job to respond to simple people talk. Not even complicated questions or like, aggressive customer issues. Just a simple “hey is this where I order?” and they are spiraling.
Fucking weird.

121·18 days agoLmao what? You are saying the person put specifically in a position to ask me how they can help me, or say hello, or just have a normal human interaction isn’t required to do that if I’m an adult? Wild.

Mullvad does in fact block port forwarding. If it is absolutely required (it is if you want to be able to connect to the most people) then you should look into possibly a seed box or another reputable vpn.
Mind you, it will work without port forwarding but not as well with it.
There is a setting to bind qbittorrent to your vpn. PLEASE use this as using it without accidentally could get you in trouble. The binding is a last resort safety mechanism to prevent it from even working if the vpn is off.

2·1 month agoIt isn’t done. It really is never done. Purely from a “keeping the lights on” mode, you still fix minor bugs, update dependencies, fix vulnerabilities and maybe even make small code changes. Outside of that, you are always implementing new features, fixing old features, or creating tests/automation. All of that takes a lot of work and requires manpower.
Thank GOD I wasn’t the only person who immediately thought of these frogs lmao.

4·1 month agoIt has been breaking a lot lately and it’s really sad. I pretty much pull all of my content off of YouTube now through yt-dlp so once that goes, im pretty much entirely YouTube free. I absolutely refuse to use it in the state it’s in now and really wish more creators would offer content on other platforms. Yt-dip is amazing and great but shouldn’t be the permanent solution.

Crazy the Wikipedia link is right there and everything. Oh well! Good day!
That’s very different from what you stated early. Because “pop music” doesn’t stand for “popular music”. They are different things in the way the OP stated.
It doesn’t have to. Both can be used interchangeably but one doesn’t always necessarily mean the other. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pop_music has a really good outline on the history and why “pop music” is a sub genre of “popular music”.

Tomorrow when the farm boys find this freak of nature,
they will wrap his body in newspaper and carry him to the museum.
But tonight he is alive and in the north field with his mother.
It is a perfect summer evening: the moon rising over the orchard, the wind in the grass.
And as he stares into the sky, there are twice as many stars as usual.
