This is a great alegory for how well it will perform.
It is missing a point where the chatbot company is making money out of it.

6·20 days agoSimilar case for me, but I would recommend OP or anyone reading to work it through with their doctor (or even switch), being honest with them and oneself.

8·1 month agoI have a diet of looking at nutrition labels and frowning, and midnight snack attacks.
At least three times per week I practice self contempt and when possible I have a couple of anxiety crises.

4·1 month agoI used to hurt my self and went to therapy explaining that I was afraid I will end things: They didn’t lock me, and instead help me understand what a lot of people go through, and that the fact that I am asking for help means that I’m in the right direction.
That said, my brother killed himself after VA fumbled his sessions, he spiraled down and for a single week he was in high spirits, always joking, as if we had him back. Then my dad found him. I wish they had locked him so I could still have a brother.
If someone here is considering self harm, please ask for help. It is worth it and you matter to us.
