The answer is actually fairly simple and easier to implement than ID collection.
My family for example, is all on apple products. So my kids are all under my family as kids in iCloud. With that information any web browser has more than enough information to just send a header saying “No porn or non-age suitable things to this device, please” as a header
It mostly respects privacy while putting the onus of not serving non age appropriate things to the service provider that can serve the non age appropriate thing.
Instead we are going for collecting IDs because some idiots want to strip anonymity and even bigger idiots don’t know how to setup devices for their children
Of course there is an overall limit. I was just pointing out that charging a large amount single purchase doesn’t put anything in your way unless your purchase will exceed that upper limit
As far as I can tell none of my cards have any single limits. When I remodeled my house I charged 45k to one to buy materials and pay contractors.

My kids and I read Harry Potter a lot. We love it and it’s been a good bonding experience.

However, comparing products and learning about what I am going to buy is part of the fun of shopping for me.
Comparing products is very subjective and you have to learn about them to be able to understand and make comparisons in the first place.
I really wouldn’t want an agent or a human doing it on my behalf as they don’t understand my needs.
