E-bikes can really make long distances doable without having to take a shower by the time you get there, but not every place has infrastructure that will support that commute in a survivable way.
If you can pull off living close to work, that’s huge too, but it’s not always an option unfortunately.
That’s rough. My place isn’t super bikable but it’s good enough and I made getting a place and a job close together a priority because I didn’t want to spend huge chunks of my life trapped in traffic.

They most certainly did: What do you think Easter is? Why do you think Christmas is in December when Jesus was not born during the winter? Many native pagan holidays were basically transformed into the modern Christian holidays you know today. They did this to help convert pagans. In Catholicism, the saints were originally used as a sort of proxy for the old pantheons too.

Most sports have some aspect that is impressive, I just can’t stand watching them. Watching someone else play just bores the hell out of me 95% of the time if it’s already a sport I’ve seen a lot of. If it’s something new or something I know very little about, it will hold my interest for a little longer.
I also get bored watching other people play video games.
With that in mind I think most of the time if a manufacturer cheaped out on making a less reliable component then the engineer designing whatever circuit it was going to be in would probably rather find a more reliable chip, create a different, more reliable alternative to the problem, and/or try to omit that feature entirely.

Personally? I prefer evening unless otherwise needed/wanted: I kinda just like it but also deodorant works better when you put it on the night before.
A lot of the time I end up showering in the morning though because I ran out of time the night before.
They kinda do (look up binning - not exactly the same thing though, there is still QC there) but the problem with putting out unstable chips is that, unless all the other companies do the same thing, people will just start buying from the companies that make the chips/devices that function reliably. Nobody wants to use a computer that crashes all the time or is otherwise nonfunctional.
English. I’m going off of what others who do speak French have told me. Personally, I actually switched to German in highschool because I hated learning French so much, that was partly due to the teacher though.
As a native speaker, I have no frame of reference for English, but some of the people who learned it later indicated to me that it was hard to learn compared to other languages. Maybe it was because they went from one language to another similar language, but I’ve heard it from a few different people.
Spanish and Portuguese would probably be easier to learn than English, same for French. If you knew German and/or English, Dutch might actually be a little easier than you’d think!
The amount of entertaining media out there definitely works in favor of English though, I have to agree with you there.
You are the first person I’ve heard say English is easy to learn, but yeah, the spelling nonsense is in large part because English is kind of a conglomeration of languages.
Yeah, if they choose to do legally questionable or outright illegal stuff that needs to be fought and defeated in court or we’re in for some grim times.
