

Im 49. I cycle for 1 hour a few mornings a week and try to walk at lunchtime, but my job is sedentary. Truth is I’m pretty overweight. I try to eat well, but I eat crap as well. I drink at the weekends. My worst vice is a couple of ciggies a week. Ok, a day. I try to vape instead, which is better for me but a ridiculous habit at my age. I will stop both.
On the up side I live rurally in Scotland and have a family I love and a job I don’t hate. I’m hoping to get healthier for a holiday in October. But I have shit will power. Onwards!
