Ita hard to know anything about North Korea for certain but it seems to me the terrible economic conditions we hear about outside of North Korea were mainly during the 90s. Seems like after that the narrative was continued as a propaganda effort but it’s hard to know. There is alot of North Korean South Korean and CIA propaganda floating around and it’s hard to know what’s what.
