As for apps on various app stores for cleaning links, I have a general aversion to installing random apps, so I can’t help or recommend anything.

If you want to stop them from tracking you, nothing you do to the link will stop them. This can only prevent sites from seeing who you share their link with. Notice I say can, not will. Even my sleep deprived mind can think of a few different ways to write this functionality without using query strings in an afternoon or less.

Removing all query parameters is not the solution. They can be used for tracking, but not necessarily.

The cat i grew up with would leave a little room on either side of him in the bed. How you were supposed to manage was entirely a ‘you’ issue.

My grandparents cat preferred her own pillow between their pillows at the head of the bed. She’d also promptly leave her tail in grandpa’s face. If he attempted to remedy the situation he’d get a polite, yet firm, hiss in response.

Can you use multiple tags? Say someone who’s an excellent coder and an arsehat, do they get both or does one have to win out? Alternatively do you make a new tag for them? Excellent arsehat?

I’m honestly curious, I’m haunted by people using too many, too varied, and too generic tags in DevOps and am doing anything to find a way to remedy it.
