what is this curator called? I’d like to follow them :3

Buy it on steam and refund it several times. I believe Steam takes a 20% cut of every purchase, yet developers pay 100% of the refund. In Germany Subnautica costs 30€ - 20% are 6€. Buy and refund the game 5 times and the devs will lose 30 bucks on you. You won’t support them, but own a legal copy >:D

DS3’s Pontif Sulyvahn! GRR! I’ll get you next playthrough! Just you wait!

I still like occasional tinkering with computers, not in depth but on a Linux newbie level :) And I like it. Not only did I learn loads of new stuff and was fascinated by the way Linux works, but I also am glad, that there are less predatory alternatives to Windows and MacOS.
So yes, while big tech like Google, OpenAI and Meta are increadibly disgusting, I feel fine by staying away from their services when possible.
What I really dislike is AI Bots picking apart each and every forum post, blog or publicly available images as training data (correct me if I’m wrong). To this I don’t have a quick solution. What the user can do is to cautiously think about what they posy online. Playing the long game, we need better legislation in the tech sector, such as: Consent for data scalping is mandatory (let me dream, ok. Please)

The cat from Stray. Because cat. Fuck your notes. I fits I sits!
But also the best. Because cat. :3

My first thought exactly! :D

Rooky Mistake looks inside No rook 😢

Yay, Happy birthday! :D

Is this the Cult leader for hire? Because I am interested :3

What does IWTL stand for?

I am not aware of anything like this. They usually take a clear anti AI stance when it comes to their merch.

Kyle Hill, Kurzgesagt - In a nutshell (they have channels in many languages) and fern come to mind

Many great comments. I’d like to add green&walkable cities :3

But what about a latex glove inserted in between couch cushions?
I read this a couple times now and am kindly asking: What is happening in the 3rd panel? 😅
I do not expect spreading out to significally reduce our resource consumption. In fact, I expect it to momentarily rise, as we shoot equipment and personell out if the gravitational pull of the earth.
Furthermore I’d like to see our energy consumption stay at a constant level or even decrease instead of steadily increasing. This is especially true for energy accessed through burning of fossil fuels. We need to drasticly reduce our CO2 output.

I haven’t had a similar experience yet, but maybe some if your collegues feel the same way? You could write a letter stating your concerns and let anyone sign who agrees and then send it to your manager. Also, I’d like to add that under German law AI Output can not be copyrighted. You can only claim coownership or something. Maybe that could be interedting to your managers?
Okay, but hear me out… Could it be the more modern ones are also getting smaller in size as in L, M, S and so on?
