It’s a social construct and used similay by libs how “woke” is used by conservatives as a thought terminating cliche. I’ve seen it used for anyone left of Bernie sanders. Libs and chuds use it to create a straw man. In this case by claiming that “tankies” love dictators that crush people with a tank… lol
