One little “woops” and suddenly it’s nearly unpalatable

Hell yeah!
The journey of learning to cook has so many awesome things in it!
Just wait until you jump into baking, that one also has so many awesome stops in it!
Different strokes for different folks, personally I enjoy a variety of differently seasoned foods. The base is usually quite similar for most of my cooking but variety is the spice of life.
Different people are at different points in their journey of learning to cook. (Or any journey to learn new things for that matter)
It really is and has been over the years
I’ve been cooking good food for a long long time, I mostly shared this because one of my friends is quite early in his journey of learning to cook lol
Meal prep is a godsend!
I make my breakfast a week at a time (over night oats), my lunches are typically sandwiches made day of, and my dinner is usually pilaf or lasagna made in roughly 10 day portions.
Doing such large portions minimizes cook and prep time which is great.
I only eat out like once MAYBE twice a month anymore.
That shit’s expensive!
That’s the spirit!
Add some potatoes into the rotation and you basically have my dinner almost every night. Just different spices and a healthy amount of different veggies as an auxiliary.
My boss doesn’t even own silverware, he eats out 3 meals a day EVERY day.
Some people can afford it so they never cook.
The prep work is why I usually stick to simple dishes in large quantities.
Lots of left overs are always a perk.
It’s straight up bliss that first time it happens!

There’s a lot of sports I don’t enjoy watching but some are pretty cool IMO
Depends on location, platform, and whether or not you have an ad-blocker enabled.
The other day my roommate wanted to show me a video on their phone and got 3 ads before the video played. Alcohol, gambling, then alcohol again.
Fun fact: you CAN win money because they operate in a legal gray area calling themselves “prediction markets”.
Basically you buy percentage shares in an outcome and if that outcome happens all of those that bought the shares get a payout. At least that’s my understanding of it.
Do I do it? Fuck no.
Do I know more than a few people that do? Literally more than half of my coworkers do and a few people in my friend group do.
Bonus “fun” fact: they’re not limited to just gambling. If you managed to miss it, not too long ago people were gambling on events in the Iran War.
If it wasn’t obvious I’m very much against this practice. Shit’s fucked.

And even then entirely too many new home builders here in the US cut corners and try to wiggle out of code requirements.

I love it!
Never connect them to the internet
You want your favorite streaming service on there? Get an older (used office) PC, load it up with (your prefered flavor of) Linux, get a bluetooth keyboard mouse combo, hook it up to your HDMI port, and go ham.
Some TVs even let you turn them on directly to a specific HDMI port for a bonus fun time of never having to see the TVs menu.
They had to see for sure if it wasn’t they’re thing, they delved DEEP

I’m the exact opposite, if I put a decent amount of effort into it I’m more likely to enjoy it
