I ran a couple of cables for the highest priority stuff, but I’m using MoCA for the rest and it’s been great. Even for game streaming I’ve not noticed a difference, though I don’t play any fast-paced FPS games these days.
We used powerline adapters at my old place. I was always kind of nervous about that but they did work fine for a few years. Current place actually has ethernet ran but they did it in a fucked up way so getting everything on the same hub is goofy.
