    It is mostly a texture thing for me, and I doubt I am the only one. I do not mind the taste that much, if it is onion powder. But even tiny chunks of cooked onions make me gag when they crunch on your teeth. Absolutely disgusting. If I have to eat something with onions, I will pick out the pieces, no matter how tiny they are.

      True they have a sort of gummy texture that pops when you bite into it. I love that personally but I can see it’s a matter of taste. Does that mean you enjoy fresh cut onion in a salad (like bits of red onion in a Mediterranean salad) or fresh cut onion on a burger? Much more crisp texture. Just curious!

        No, I do not like the raw crispines either! It has almost the same crunch, just with a lot less sliminess. Though with raw, the taste is also too strong for me.
