Both. Cattenom and Chooz are closed right now because there’s not enough water. And some are constructed near the sea to not have this problem. But with the see level rising, the problems will come soon.

Best I can see, summer shutdowns are primarily caused by extended spring maintenance. Is there some more concrete reason summer shutdowns happen?
