Damn, you’ve got a huge list, still I need to recommend Gatchaman, Deadly and if you are into Powerpuff Girls, you need to watch Powerpuff Girls Z.
Most should be easy to find but Deadly I could only find on youtube with terrible quality. Still worth it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PScRdFhd6m4&list=PL4jOVhCe6AUy1N4cY7Fv9pnzMv3SGrHc1&index=2

10·1 month agoI think you may have a faully microwave leaking current to the chassis. And the chassis seems to be ungrounded.

3·1 month agoWhenever possible, yes. Unless I don’t have cash with me, then I may sacrifice.
For online purchases I need to give my address anyway and name so I can pick the package so there’s no way around it.
Whenever possible I always use a random fake name if really required to fill a name form.
Better than sending kids to daytime prison, but still less than ideal, since homeschooled kids (in most countries that allow it), still need to
learntemporarily memorise at those useless school subjects, so instead I advocate unschooling.PS: I understand my opinion is unpopular and politically charged and I really don’t want to argue over this, (since I spent most my young and adult life arguing over this), so I will probably not reply to to replies, since it makes me emotionally unease.

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•Why does it feel that desktop screen time isn't as bad as smartphone screen time?
5·1 month agoPhones have tiny screens, much harder to read than on a big screen.

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•Why don't I care about the Artemis mission/program?
7·1 month agoI kinda felt the same way tbh, I love space stuff so usually I would be super exited about it, and maybe following it in real time, specially taking into account the budget cuts that NASA has been getting over the previous decades, I should be hopeful for the start of a new age of (manned) space exploration, but given the current political climate I can’t ignore that the whole thing ends up being a demonstration of power by the USA first and a scientific mission second.
Thing is, this has always been the case since the very first space missions, it’s nothing new that governments only finance space programs for ulterior motives. Maybe I’ve become too cynical to be able to separate stuff from their political context.

No Stupid Questions@lemmy.world•If someone is involved in illegal stuff... like say you built a drug empire... do they every get like... therapy for all the times they have to murder someone or almost get murdered?
165·1 month agoMy take is that most of those people are usually psychopaths who couldn’t care less, that’s how they get rise power in the first place.
This also applies to politicians, CEOs and pretty much every hierarchy.

No Stupid Questions@lemmy.world•Why do some people with college degrees and an education, still act so fucking stupid?
5·1 month agoSome people are really good at studying and terrible and doing anything else, specially thinking.
They are the perfect drones, they are smart enough to work the machines and produce for their boss, but dumb enough to ask why.

No Stupid Questions@lemmy.world•When you send old camcorder cassettes to a digitising service, do they watch the contents?
3·1 month agoMore expensive option but you can try to get a compatible camera on ebay, doesn’t have to be the same model as long as they use the same format I THINK, (but note that some cameras were digital and still used the same tapes, I don’t think those read will analogue, so if your tapes are analogue get an analogue camera), then all you need is a TV capture USB dongle with composite input or composite to HDMI + HDMI to USB.
this guy has been drawing women as sex objects for years.

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•What do you carry in your pockets or with you daily?
2·2 months agoOn my pockets:
Phone, wallet which includes ID, a disposable card (to open doors if someone forgets the keys inside), cheap wired hearbuds (in case I forget my headphones), a flash drive, transport pass, a debit card with 8 euros balance, and 3 euros cash.
On my neck:
Headphones
I sometimes also bring my camera bag:
Camera body, 2 lenses, field recorder, dead cat and extra batteries.
That’s sounds very passive-aggressive tbh.
“Patrick forgot to do the dishes again”
“Oh, really? Well, maybe Patrick is too busy with his WORK?! You know? Maybe someone else could do the dishes instead.”
“Oh, yeah? So maybe Patrick should provide to this house? What does he do again? OH, RIGHT, SELLING CAKES! You know what? I’m gonna quit the CIA coz Patrick’s job is soooooo important so I can do the chores instead of him!”
It’s called Trauma Reenactment according to Freud.

Try high pH water, normal water is painful to drink, but high pH water is much smoother.
