We failed them like our parents failed us
Only thing that’s ever helped me a little is getting into water. Bath, pool, river whatever you can. Sauna might also work. Cold plunge is even better.

Because they’re too cowardly to own what they are
Journalists need to be paid, same as everyone else. Especially in small towns with small resources. These are the kinds of things to support imo.
